Information we process
We store account identifiers, your email address, session records, uploaded photos, generation requests, credit transactions and purchase records. Google sign-in provides basic profile information. Email codes verify access to your inbox. Turnstile and request limits help prevent abuse. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in.
Why and where it is processed
Cloudflare hosts the website, database, private media storage and generation workflow. When generation is available, photos and fixed reference media are sent to Kie.ai for Alibaba Wan 3.0 character replacement. Resend delivers login codes. Waffo handles checkout and payment details; we receive order events and do not store card numbers. These providers may process data internationally under their own policies.
Essential cookies and analytics
We use essential session cookies for sign-in. We use Plausible Analytics to understand visits, pageviews, referral sources, browser and device types, and approximate locations. Plausible does not set analytics cookies. We do not send account identifiers, uploaded photos, generated videos or payment records as custom analytics event properties.
Media retention and access
Uploaded source photos are retained for seven days; generated videos are retained for thirty days. Private media is delivered through expiring links. An authenticated account can access its own jobs and request its own download links. We do not use your uploads to create public examples without separate permission. Provider retention may differ from our own storage periods.
Reports and abuse investigations
If you report content or appeal a decision, we process your contact details, the relevant job or account identifiers and the information you provide to investigate and respond. The operator may manually inspect relevant account records and media still held by the service when necessary to investigate abuse. Share only information needed for the report; do not send illegal material, passwords or payment credentials. Necessary investigation records may be retained to resolve complaints, prevent repeat abuse or meet applicable obligations.
Choices and requests
You can stop using the service and request deletion of account and media data by email. We may retain transaction or fraud-prevention records where needed to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Contact us before uploading another person’s photo. Only upload images you have permission to use.
