How many credits does one video use?
An approximately 8-second Standard 480p video uses 50 credits; HD 720p uses 100. The 50-credit Starter pack covers 1 Standard video. The 100-credit Creator pack covers 2 Standard videos or 1 HD video. Including the fixed BGM adds 0 credits.
What if I have too few credits or the job fails?
A job requires the full 50 or 100 credits before it can start. A confirmed failed or timed-out job returns those generation credits once. An unusable completed result or purchase dispute is reviewed under the Refunds policy; that is separate from the automatic failed-job credit return.
