Generation and credit questions
Tell us which format you selected, the task status shown in My videos, and what went wrong. A screenshot of the issue can help. Confirmed failed and timed-out paid jobs return their generation credits automatically.
Privacy and image permissions
For deletion requests or concerns about a photo, contact us from the email address associated with the account. If you believe someone used your likeness without permission, describe the affected material and provide a way for us to contact you.
Content reports and appeals
Use the subject “Content report” to report prohibited content, unauthorised likeness use or infringement. Include a job ID or URL, the approximate date, a short explanation and relevant rights information. Use “Content appeal” to challenge a restriction and explain why it should change. The operator reviews reports and appeals manually. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the rules and review process. Do not attach illegal material or send sensitive login or payment details.
